Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@classiccalcioclub.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, as this may not be sent to the correct address. The customer will bear the cost of postage.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, you can request new sizes and have us create a new order.

Please note exchanged items are not eligible for returns, so ensure sizing is correct before requesting an exchange.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not, which can take up to 10 working days from receipt. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Orders with printing will not be eligible for refund to the original payment method, so please ensure sizing is correct before ordering these items. Customised orders cannot be returned, whereas printed shirts can be exchanged or refunded with store credit only. We strongly encourage customers to double-check sizing or contact us prior to ordering if they have any concerns, especially regarding customised shirts as they can not be returned.

Items purchased during a sale or promotional offer will be refunded at the adjusted price. For example, if a discount was applied for spending over a specific threshold (e.g., 20% off orders over £50), and a return reduces the total value of the order below the qualifying amount, the discount will be removed, and the refund will reflect the original pricing before the discount was applied.

Refunds will not be given for incorrect addresses given by the customer at the checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the address they have given is correct and we are not liable for incomplete or incorrect delivery due to the wrong address being given. Please note customer’s have 24 hours to change or cancel an order before it is processed.

Sometimes orders get lost by the couriers which is out of our control and we will offer to either resend or refund the order. We will only class an order as lost if it hasn’t arrived 60 days after posting.
